Oral Presentation

1. Time Allocation for Presentation
The time allocated for each presentation is as follows:
Session times include 5 minutes Q&A Session at the end.
Plenary Talk: 40 minutes (35 min. talk + 5 min for Q&A)
Invited Talk: 30 minutes (25 min. talk + 5 min for Q&A)
Contributed presentation: 20 minutes (15 min. talk + 5 min for Q&A)

2. Format
There is not an official template for the presentations, therefore it should be in PDF or PPT format.

3. Instruction for oral presentation:

Presenters are requested to bring their own presentation in a USB storage device.
Please, if you oral presentation is during the morning, check-in at the registration desk the previous day to give the staff your slides.
Please, if you oral presentation is during the afternoon, check-in at the registration desk during the coffee break in the morning

Note: All  the presentation slides  will be automatically deleted once the session is finished.

Poster Presentation

1. Poster size

Presenters are responsible for the design of their poster. Presenting authors of poster presentations must prepare A0-sized posters and bring them by themselves:
A0 size: Width 841mm x Height 1189 mm

2. Instruction for poster presentation:

• Presenters must submit the poster in PDF format in advance to secretariat@lpm2024.com before May 29. There is not official template for the poster.
• Presenters should bring the poster with them on the first day of the conference.
*Note: There will be NO print services in the venue.

*Note: All PDF documents received will be automatically deleted once the presentation is made in the poster session.

• Presenters must appear at the registration desk and will be given a poster number. Posters can be mounted from 11:00 on the first day using materials supplied at the venue.
• Posters remain on display in the exhibition area for the full conference.
• Presenters should be at the plenary room on June 12, Wednesday, at midday.
• Due to the limited time schedule of the program, each short presentation will be 2 minutes long.
• During your presentation, your poster will be displayed.
• You will be given a turn to present on the following weeks.
• Once the conference is finished on June 14, please remove your poster.
